The sequel film, "Senpai Is an Otokonoko," has revealed its key visual and a new trailer in anticipation of its February 14 (Valentine's Day) premiere in Japan. The movie was announced immediately following the TV anime's finale in September. Studio Project No. 9 will return to animate the film. Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Season 2 has announced Rie Kugimiya and Hochu Otsuka as new cast members, introducing their characters. The anime will premiere on January 12, 2025, with studio Lerche again in charge of the animation. Hochu Otsuka will voice Kako, the clock keeper who controls the past, while Rie Kugimiya will voice Mirai, the clock keeper who controls the future.
