The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-sensei: He Just Solves All the Mysteries TV anime has unveiled its first teaser trailer, showcasing the cast, key visual, and an anticipated release date of April 2025 The manga, authored by Aki Shimizu, is an adaptation of the novels by Natsuhiko Kyog, and the anime was initially announced October. The setting is Tokyo in 1948, immediately the war. Kanna Kusabe, now a-year high school student, encounters the language, Akihikozenji.


Mysterious, supernatural events continue to unfold around Kanna. Once today, she the door to the preparation, seeking assistance from the gruff Chuzenji-sensei who waits inside.
Aki Shimizu began illustrating the manga in October 2019, and it was serialized in Kodansha's Shonen Magazine Edge. After the magazine was discontinued in October 2023, the series was transferred to Kodansha's Comic Days website. The author remarked on the anime announcement: "I can't believe that there's going to be a Chuzenji-sensei anime! I'm so honored! I look forward to it as a viewer myself."

The first of "I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out Level" premiered in April 2021, Revoroot animation. The anime adapts the light series by Kisuitastory) and Benio (art). Studio Gokumi will handle the animation, with Masato Matsune as the director. The anime will premiere in 2025, and you can watch the teaser trailer below.

Cygames is the parent company of the studio CygamesPictures. According to a report by Toyo Keizai, the company has Shochiku and will be leading the Kagurabachi anime adaptation project.

The series was initially serialized in Futabasha’s Monthly Action from October 2022 to February 2024. Following the conclusion of original magazine, it was transferred to the publisher’s Web Comic Action in April 202 Volume 4 of the manga was released today 12, 2024, Japan.



The narrative centers on Makina Agatsuma, a school idol, who relocates to live with Eita Akutsu, a tech enthusiast. Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 revealed new beach illustrations featuring the main girls, Sylphiette, Roxy, and Eris. They are used for 15 brand-new products, which will be sold at the Comiket 105 later this month (December 29 – December 30, 2024).

Rifujin na Magonote wrote the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation light novel, which features illustrations by Shirotaka. It ran from January 2014 to November 2022, ending with a total of 26 volumes. Seven Seas is publishing the light novel in English, while Crunchyroll streams the anime.
The first season of the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime adaptation aired over 2 cours during the Winter 2021 and Fall 2021 anime seasons for a total of 23 episodes. The second season ran its first part in the Summer 2023 anime season, before taking a break until this spring. It had a total of 24 episodes. Both seasons were animated by Studio Bind.

Michiro Ueyama is the author and illustrator of the manga series Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan (also as The Middle-Aged Man that Reincarnated as a Villainess). This series has been serialized in Shonen Gahosha's Young King Ours GH seinen magazine since March 2020.
The narrative follows a 52-year-old civil servant named Kenzaburo Tondabayashi, who, after a traffic accident, is reincarnated into a school-based otome. He now finds himself as Grace, a noble villainess from the game. The series achieved 4th place in the manga category at the Next Manga Awards 2020.

The original anime "The Moment Lily" has unveiled its second main trailer in anticipation of its January 2025 release. The anime, which was announced in April, is being animated by Studio GoHands. The new trailer showcases the ending theme song "Riwa" by miwa.

GoHands, an animation studio established in 8, has produced works such as Student Council Staff Members (Seitokai Yakuindomo), Princess Lover!, Coppelion, Project Scard: Scar on the Praeter, and Mardock Scramble. They also collaborated with GoRA to create the TV anime adaptation of the K Project, which premiered in October 2013.

Nippon Animation announced a spin-off to its 1977 anime Araiguma Rascal (Raccoon Rascal) on Thursday. The animation studio also opened an official website, revealing the main staff, cast, and a teaser visual (pictured). Ginyoku began writing the comedy fantasy story on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in August 2017. Micro Magazine acquired the novel and published the first volume in March 2018, featuring illustrations by Mitsuki Yano. The second volume was released in October 2018.

Shinonome began drawing the manga adaptation in Hakusensha's Young Animal Arashi in March 2018. The manga was later transferred to the Young Animal magazine in July 2018. Hakusensha released the 11th volume on March 29 and will ship the 12th on December 26.

Yen Press licensed both the manga and light novel in English in July 2019. The second light novel volume went on sale in November 2020. The 10th manga volume shipped on October 15, with the 11th volume scheduled to go on sale on February 18, 2025.

KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World Season 3 has announced two new OVA episodes, which will receive a theatrical premiere in 2025. The movie (or double episode) will be for two weeks in Japanese theaters starting on March 14, 2025, and will be released on-ray DVD on Friday, April 25, 2025. Studio Drive animated the season.

KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! The series concluded in 2020, after 17 volumes. It encompasses multiple spin-offs and side stories, in addition to an anime adaptation.

The initial two seasons of the anime adaptation were produced by Studio DEEN. In 2023, Studio Drive handled the animation for the Megumin spin-off, KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World, and subsequently took over the production of the third TV anime season.

Nakayoshi began serializing the action fantasy manga in Monthly Shounen Gangan in October 2020. Square Enix published the eighth volume on Thursday.

Square Enix's Manga UP! app began publishing the manga in English last May. Kadokawa's Bookwalker platform also added the manga to its global catalog on April 16.

Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- revealed a 2024 Christmas illustration featuring Emilia, Ram and Rem (don’t ask who!) dressed up for the occasion. The anime adaptation recently celebrated finished the first part of Season 3, while Part 2 is set to premiere on February 5, 2025. You can see the new visual below.

Studio WHITE FOX is back to animate Re:ZERO Season 3, which premiered with a 90-minute special episode on October 2. It is directed by Masahiro Shinohara, with Haruka Sagawa as the character designer/chief animation director, Masahiro Yokotani on the series composition, and Kenichiro Suehiro on the music. The Re:ZERO light novel by Tappei Nagatsuki first started on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in April 2012. The light novel version began in January 2014, featuring illustrations by Shin’ichiro Otsuka. Both are currently ongoing.

The first season of the TV anime adaptation ran for 25 episodes from April to September 2016. Season 2 followed with 2 split cours, which aired through the Summer 2020 and Winter 2021 anime seasons.

In a recent update, Hunter x Hunter author Yoshihiro Togashi disclosed that he was bedridden for a few days due to unspecified reasons. He began the post by announcing that he had completed the storyboard for another chapter. He also mentioned that he has now recovered sufficiently to retrieve his work phone independently and move around the house, noting that he is not adept at asking for assistance.

In a previous X post from November 28 Togashi mentioned that had undergone surgery. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia, which he considered valuable due the explanations commentary received.
Togashi shares occasional updates on his X account. In a September update, he shared that had successfully completed a manuscript he had been working on, his back pain had worsened. He has been drawing the Hunter x Hunter manga since March 1998. It serialized Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, and it returned after a 4-year hiatus October2022.
Since then, there have been irregular releases, and manga was confirmed to be moving away from a weekly schedule in December 2022. manga released Volume 38 September in Japan, Chapter 401 was released in the WSJ magazine on October 7. The manga is now on break again

Umiharu began drawing the manga adaptation of Asakura's light novel in GFantasy magazine in April 2019, and it ended August17. Kikunosuke Toya (Chainsaw Man) and Sayumi Suzushiro (Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai) will voice the characters Yuu Natsume and Himari Inuzuka, respectively.

Nanana started writing the romantic comedy light novel series, known as Danjoru, under Kadokawa's Dengeki Bunko label in January last year, with Parum providing the illustrations. The series' tenth volume was released this past Tuesday.

The Fuji TV Anime 2025 livestream recently unveiled the main cast and a new teaser video for the TV anime adaptation of TurtleMe's webtoon, The Beginning After The End. The anime is set to debut in the +Ultra programming block on Fuji TV in Spring 2025.

Natsumi Fujiwara (known for Tensei Kizoku, Kantei Skill de Nariagaru) and Makoto Furukawa (famous for One Punch Man) will voice the characters Arthur Leywin and King Grey, respectively.

The anime production is led by Keitarou Motonaga (director of Hametsu no Oukoku) at Studio A-CAT, with Takamitsu Kouno (known for Kikansha no Mahou wa Tokubetsu desu) overseeing the series composition and Masami Sueoka (noted for Maougun Saikyou no Majutsushi wa Ningen datta) in charge of character design. Keiji Inai (composer for Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka) is creating the music.

The webtoon, which is an adaptation of TurtleMe's original 2017 web novel, started on Tapas in July 2018 with illustrations by Fuyuki23. From June 2023, starting with the sixth season, Rise Entertainment has been responsible for the artwork. Piccoma has been publishing the webtoon in Japan since 2020.

Yen Press acquired the English licensing rights for the webtoon in 2021 and published the sixth volume on August 20. The release of the seventh volume is scheduled for March 25, 2025.

The second season of "The Apothecary Diaries" anime has unveiled its main trailer, which showcases the opening theme song by Lilas Ikuta of YOASOBI. The series is set to air over two consecutive cours beginning January 10, 2025, with animation production once again handled by OLM and TOHO Animation. The theme song, titled "Hyakka Ryoran," can be previewed in the trailer.
An additional cast member has been announced: Asami Seto will lend her voice to Shisui, a talkative and cheerful girl with a passion for insects.

On October 22, a teaser trailer and visual for the anime were released, marking the one-year anniversary of the first season's debut in 2023.
TOHO Animation Studio and OLM, who animated the first season, are back with Norihiro Naganuma directing Season 2 alongside the original team. The crew also includes Akimi Fudesaka as director, Wataru Nakagawa as assistant director, Yukiko Nakatani as character designer, and a music team composed of Kevin Penkin, Satoru Kosaki, and Arisa Okehazama.

Natsu Hyuga is the author of The Apothecary Diaries light novel series, which features illustrations by Toko Shino and is serialized by Shufunotomo. The series has two manga adaptations: one is written by Itsuki Nanao with illustrations by Nekokurage, published by Square Enix and serialized in Monthly GanGan; the other is both written and illustrated by Minoji Kurata, published by Shogakukan and serialized in Monthly Sunday Gene-X.
Additionally, there is a mini-anime series titled Maomao's Diaries (Maomao no Hitorigoto), where the protagonist Maomao narrates events that occurred during the regular TV anime episodes.
The Apothecary Diaries is licensed for English digital publication by J-Novel Club. Its manga adaptation is also published by Square Enix. The narrative follows Maomao, a young apothecary sold into the emperor's palace as a servant. Far from submissive, she aids Jinshi, an attractive palace official, earning a promotion. Amidst the palace's many mysteries, Maomao's adventures unfold, inadvertently deepening Jinshi's affections for her.

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Arc anime movie trilogy has announced the release date for its first installment as 2025. Ufotable will be animating the series once more. The announcement of the movie trilogy came right after the conclusion of the Hashira Training Arc in June.

Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will release the first movie globally next year, including in Japan (with the exception of certain Asian markets). The new teaser trailer is available for viewing.
The announcement occurred during a unique livestream, which showcased cosplayers of Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira. They frolicked for approximately 15 minutes in silence before revealing the concealed visual and release date.

Koyoharu Gotoge is the creator of the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. It was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020 and consists of 23 volumes. Viz Media has the English licensing rights. The series has led to various spin-offs, including manga and light novel adaptations.
The anime adaptation by ufotable premiered with a 26-episode first season from April to September 2019. Its significant popularity resulted in a sequel film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train, released in October 2020, which became the highest-grossing anime and Japanese film of all time. This film was adapted into an 18-episode second season, which aired from October 2021 to February 2022. The third season, with 11 episodes, was broadcast from April to June 2023, and the fourth season ran from May to June 2024.
The Infinity Castle Arc, the longest in the manga, spanned 47 chapters (with the Entertainment District at 31 and Swordsmith Village at 30). It starts at the conclusion of Volume 16 and concludes in Volume 21. VIZ's synopsis for Volume 17, which initiates the arc, reads:

The Assassination Classroom anime has unveiled a project to commemorate its 10th anniversary, hinting that 'special information' will be revealed soon. The television series debuted nearly a decade ago, running from January 2015 to June 2016.
This celebratory project was disclosed in the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump, which also showcased a special anniversary visual. Although not yet available online, the announcement included a teaser for various special events marking this significant milestone for the anime. Yusei Matsui, the manga's creator, expressed his sentiments:
"It's beyond my imagination that Assassination Classroom is being celebrated like this even after a decade. It's both an honor and a joy to witness the ongoing support from fans.

Yusei Matsui is the author and illustrator of the Assassination Classroom (Ansatsu Kyoshitsu) manga, which ran in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump from July 2012 until March 2016, concluding with 21 volumes. JUJUTSU KAISEN is set to unveil new details about its Culling Game sequel anime at Jump Festa 2025. The event is scheduled for December 21-22 in Japan, with the JUJUTSU KAISEN announcement planned for the opening day. Additionally, the Hidden Inventory / Premature Death compilation movie, slated for release in 2025, will be featured.

Gege Akutami’s JUJUTSU KAISEN manga officially ended on September 30, 2024. It was serialized for 6-and-a-half-years since March 2018, with the story getting concluded in 30 volumes. Volumes 29 and 30 will both release on December 25, 2024. Besides the Culling Game sequel, the franchise also has the upcoming compilation movie for the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death arc.
Studio MAPPA animated both seasons of the TV anime and movie for the franchise, while Crunchyroll is streaming them. The story follows Yuji Itadori, a boy with insane physical abilities who ends up joining a school for jujutsu sorcerers after an encounter with Megumi Fushiguro, Satoru Gojo and Sukuna Ryomen. To delay getting executed for eating one of Sukuna’s fingers, Yuji takes on the task of finding and eating the remaining 19 fingers of the ‘strongest sorcerer in history’ in order to try and get rid of him. However, things don’t quite go as smoothly as they’d like.

The sequel to Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Chronicles has been officially announced in the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. The game will encompass the storyline from the Entertainment District Arc up to the Hashira Training Arc, and a demo version will be available at Jump Festa 2025.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles, developed by CyberConnect2, was released in October 2021. Aniplex handled its release in Japan, while Sega was responsible for the international launch. Initially, it was available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, with a subsequent release for the Nintendo Switch in June 2022.

Kazuki Yao has officially announced his departure from the role of Franky in the ONE PIECE anime. The announcement of his successor is scheduled for Jump Festa 2025 on December 22. The announcement was made via the anime's official X account, accompanied by Yao's statement that he feels a disconnect between himself and the ideal Franky he wishes to portray. Additionally, a graduation ceremony for Yao is planned to take place at the Jump Festa event.
The official announcement states that the decision followed prolonged and thorough discussions. The voice actor was previously substituted by Wataru Takagi for episode 1121 owing to health concerns. Notably, he was the sole Straw Hat Pirates voice actor not present at the ONE PIECE '24 event.
Yao has been the voice of Franky since the character's first appearance in Episode 233, broadcasted in Japan on May 22, 2005. His roles also include Bon Clay and Jango in the series. Below is his personal statement.
The ONE PIECE anime is presently on a break to 'recharge,' and the edited version of the Fish-Man Island Saga will be broadcast in its stead until the series resumes on March 30, 2025.
This year, the ONE PIECE anime has been commemorating its 25th anniversary with various projects and collaborations. These include a Las Vegas event, a T-shirt collaboration with UNIQLO, a phone accessory line with CASETiFY, and a special recap video, among others.
Additionally, there is an anticipated anime remake by WIT Studio and the second season of the live-action series, which has recently received a new message from the creator, Eiichiro Oda.

The Emerald Witch Arc is the eighth arc of the Black Butler manga series, spanning volumes 18 to 22. It begins with chapter 86 and ends with chapter 108, succeeding the Public School arc, with foreshadowing in the post-credits scene of the season's finale.
Originally, Yana Tobo’s manga was adapted into an anime by studio A-1 Pictures in 2008. The studio produced the first two seasons, and despite the second season diverging from the manga, the sequel, Book of Circus, reverted to the original material. This was followed by the Book of Murder OVA and the Book of the Atlantic movie.

The original mecha franchise, created by Shouji Kawamori and animation studio Satelight, began in 2005 with the 26-episode Sousei no Aquarion anime series. Aquarion Evol, the second installment, aired in 26 episodes in Winter 2012. The third and latest entry in the franchise, Aquarion Logos, premiered in Summer 2015. Funimation licensed all three series and streamed them with subtitles and English dubs.

The Japanese pop rock band Ryokuoushoku Shakai, also known as Ryokushaka, delivered a performance of "Hana ni Natte" ("Be a Flower"), the opening song for "The Apothecary Diaries," on THE FIRST TAKE. This song served as the anime's first opening theme, covering episodes 1 through 12.
THE FIRST TAKE is a YouTube channel that features various artists performing songs in a single take. The channel has hosted over a hundred musicians and singers. The release included a series of monthly and seasonal visuals. The visual for August showcased Maomao and Xiaolan, September highlighted Jinshi and Gaoshun, October's visual included Maomao, Gyokuyou, and Lingli, and the November visual united Maomao and Jinshi. Additionally, the opening sequence featuring the song "Hana ni Natte" by Ryokuoushoku Shakai is available for viewing.

The story follows the young apothecary Maomao as she gets sold to the emperor’s palace as a lowly servant. She’s not the type of character to just stay obedient, and she ends up helping Jinshi, a handsome official at the palace and getting a promotion. There’s plenty of mysteries at the palace, and she now has plenty of adventures there, all the while accidentally making Jinshi fall for her more and more.

Multiple new projects for the Code Geass anime series are in production, as announced at the “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion & Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture Special Birthday Screening Event,” which also celebrated Lelouch's birthday on December 5. Additionally, a screening event for all 13 Code Geass movies has been planned, with more details forthcoming.

The event included Jun Fukuyama (Lelouch), Kohei Amasaki (Rose), and producer Kojiro Taniguchi, who reminisced about the previous year's event where Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture was unveiled.
Producer Taniguchi playfully chided Fukuyama for not disclosing his role in the new anime. Fukuyama humorously responded, "Remember, I never said I wasn't part of it. I only said I didn't know or wasn't involved. I never lied!" He also graciously accepted a bouquet on behalf of Lelouch as a birthday gift.
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, created by studio SUNRISE and directed by Goro Taniguchi with Ichiro Okouchi as the scriptwriter and CLAMP for the original character designs, first aired its season from October 2006 to July 2007, followed by the sequel, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, from April 2008 to September 2008, each with 25 episodes. The series expanded with OVA side stories, manga, light novel adaptations, and several movies. An alternate universe recap movie trilogy was released between 2017 and 2018, leading to the original sequel movie, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection, in 2019.

The anime "Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time" has unveiled its second trailer, revealed two additional cast members, and confirmed a premiere date of January 1, 2025. It will debut for streaming in Japan one week in advance on d Anime Store and ABEMA, followed by the regular broadcast on TOKYO MX, BS11, and AT-X beginning January 8. Studio Comet is handling the animation production.

The light novel "Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time," originally titled "Izure Saikyo no Renkinjutsu-shi?" and also known as "Someday Will I Be The Greatest Alchemist?" started as a web novel in August 2017. It was created by Kogitsunemaru with illustrations by Hitogome. AlphaPolis began its light novel publication in February 2018 and has released 16 volumes as of May 2024. Additionally, AlphaPolis is publishing a manga adaptation by Taro Sasakama, available in both Japanese and English via Alpha Manga.
The tale centers on Takumi Iruma, a boy who inadvertently becomes entangled with a band of heroes destined for another world. A goddess, acknowledging the mistake, allows him to select a skill, and he chooses what seems to be a mundane creation ability, aspiring for a tranquil existence devoid of conflict. However, his 'alchemy' skill proves to be astoundingly potent, granting him the power to conjure holy swords and airborne vessels from thin air.
