The sequel anime for My Dress-Up Darling has announced a 2025 release date on the cover of the upcoming issue of Young Gangan magazine. The sequel was initially announced in September 202, no were provided until now. The format of the new anime has to be specified. The text in the bottom corner states:

My Dress-Up Darling is a Japanese manga series written and drawn by Shinichi Fukuda. Square Enix is publishing it in both Japanese and English. The first anime adaptation was animated by CloverWorks and directed by Keisuke Shinohara. It was a 12-episode TV anime which aired in Winter 2022. The voice cast includes:
