For those who prefer their scares without the constant threat, easy or adventure modes offer a more lighthearted jaunt through, quite often, heavily story-driven settings. In horror games, the central mechanic often involves escaping or fighting off a dangerous entity. From ghosts and zombies to creatively horrifying monsters like those in Five Nights at Freddy's or Poppy Playtime, these threats heighten tension by putting the player’s survival on the line or making resources scarce. Interspecies romances in manhwa do not follow the typical fantasy format. Usually, the common romance tropes found in any sort of interspecies fantasy romance are vampire-human, werewolf-human, and maybe a mix and match of both — and frankly, these just aren't as exciting as they once were. Writers have mostly explored almost all aspects of these stories, with little to no new ideas left to touch on further. View the full article

Sometimes, people are looking for a peaceful place to escape to. View the full article
