Dere Archotype

So it’s always puzzled me what people see in the Dere types as of late. and Recently I have started to understand why these are so important in Anime. For each Dere type, there is a different personality that will come out of either the MC or a SC. Let’s take the Tsundere for example. This character is cold and standoffish toward everyone mostly. but when it comes to their love interest They are even colder to them at first then slowly start to warm up. But they won’t show this in public Now a good example of a Tsundere is Tiaga Asikia from Toradora. She is mean to her love interest who is the main character of the anime and gets all shy when they are in public and he shows her the smallest of affections.

This has started to make alot more sense to me about the anime dere archotypes.
